Straight Answers Before You Install
What goals can Goalpost show?
Free shipping, a free gift or a discount. The free plan runs one goal of any type; Pro stacks up to three on one bar as milestones.
How does the free gift get into the cart?
When the cart reaches the gift goal, Goalpost adds the gift product. If the cart drops below the goal it is removed. You make the gift free with an automatic Buy X get Y discount in your Shopify admin.
Does Goalpost collect shopper data?
No. The storefront bar sets no cookies and reads no customer information. The only thing stored is your store domain, an access token and your plan status, all deleted when you uninstall.
