How does Doorday work out the delivery date?

From your cutoff time, processing days, carrier days, the days you dispatch, the days carriers deliver and your holidays. The date is calculated in the shopper's browser from your store's clock, so cached pages stay right.

Can different products have different delivery times?

Yes, on Pro. Rules by tag, vendor, product type, collection or backorder set their own processing days, and zones set carrier days by country.

Does Doorday change my theme files?

No. It is a theme app block, so it writes nothing to your theme files and uninstalling removes it completely.
